Helping us stay connected, calm, and centred during a time of great uncertainty, weekly drop-in meditation sessions are available. These are intended to support each other through the journey of mindfulness, healing, and self-realisation, whatever your reason for attending.
Various styles are practiced from silent meditations, to guided meditations with varying intentions, carefully centred around the attendees needs and requests.
