I’ve been having 1:1 sessions with Simone for just over a month now, and in these sessions we do some meditation as well. It hasn’t been that long and already, I’ve found that I am a lot more calm and content when it comes to handling certain situations. Sometimes I do find myself losing it a bit but it doesn’t take me long to remember to just take a moment and breathe. “Just breathe and be in the present”, as Simone would say 😊.
I’ve noticed that on the days where I take a few minutes to just sit and focus on my breathing, I seem to be more at ease throughout the day and I think that that is just such an amazing thing. I still have a long way to go when it comes to self-love and acceptance and many other difficulties but overall, I’m really happy with the improvements I’ve made within this short time.
