Gym helps with strengthening the body externally and meditation helps with the mental strength. Simone has found a perfect balance with yoga as it works on the person holistically.
Having attended these classes, you get to acquire a great deal of knowledge about yourself, the body, your psyche, how to better channel your thoughts/perceptions and constructive ways of dealing with life’s predicaments.
This is a perfect addition to one’s lifestyle and would be a perfect tweak. She’s created a friendly environment which also allows you to have fun while working on yourself.
